Tampa Theatre Winefest 2011: Silent Auction

On Saturday evening, guests of the Premium and Grand tastings are invited to participate in a silent auction, benefiting the Tampa Theatre's artistic and educational programs as well as its ongoing restoration. La Dolce Vino auction items include vacation packages, sports tickets and memorabilia, gift baskets, spa treatments and more.

Russian River Valley Winery Tour in Sonoma County, California

This tour of five Russian River Valley wineries will be led by nationally syndicated wine writer Taylor Eason, currently the Vice-President of Marketing at Foppiano Vineyards in Healdsburg, CA and a past-chair of Tampa Theatre�s second Winefest in 2003, Raiders of the Lost Cork!

Healdsburg is located in the heart of the California wine country in Northern Sonoma County, and is a short drive to both Napa and Mendocino Counties.

You will visit historic Petite Sirah producer, Foppiano Vineyards, Rodney Strong, and the boutique wineries of Vislay Vineyards, Acorn Winery and Mutt Lynch Winery; all phenomenal wineries in the located within a mile from each other. Taylor will accompany you to the wineries and give you behind-the-scenes access to Foppiano Vineyards and others. Some of these wineries are not even open to the public.
